The mechanical engineering course at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is practice and future-oriented. During the three-semester Master's course, we place the highest value on activating forms of teaching and learning. We motivate our students to find their own solutions and put them into practice.
We believe that a good engineer not only has excellent technical training, but is also aware of the role he or she plays in shaping society. Good technical solutions must always meet social requirements. This awareness is part of our curriculum at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and an important resource for the training of our successful graduates. This is demonstrated by the placement rate of 100 percent after graduation, of which we can be justifiably proud.
Our students make contact with future employers at various points during their studies. A special opportunity to enter the world of work arises through the practical preparation of the Master's thesis in a company of your choice. We are of course always on hand to help you find a suitable practice partner.
In addition, studying in the border triangle enables international experience as well as contact with international students.
