Services
Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz), hereinafter referred to as "HSZG", performs services of the type and scope pursuant to the event described in the respective currently valid event program.
HSZG reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or make changes to the program's sequence in exceptional cases.
Registration and Confirmation
Registration must be sent in writing. It can be made online via the conference website www.iapws-dresden-2016.de. If payment is to be via invoice, an email should be sent to info@iapws-dresden-2016.de or a fax or a regular mail. For payment using a credit card, only online registration is accepted. Applications for registration will be dealt with in the order in which they are received. Registration will be confirmed by email.
Cancellation by HSZG
In the case of cancellation by HSZG, there is in each case only the obligation to reimburse the participation fees that have already been paid.
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellation must be in writing. If a request for cancellation reaches HSZG prior to 27 August 2016, an administrative fee of € 30.00 plus German VAT will be charged. In the case of cancellation later than 27 August 2016, the full participation fee is payable as set forth in the invoice. The incoming mail stamp is determinant for the date of receipt. In this case, we will send you the event documents on request. Exceptions can be recognized: short illness occurred, serious personal events. Evidence of this exception must be presented by the cancelling participant.
It is possible to specify a substitute participant. No cancellation costs are thereby incurred.
Conditions of Payment
Payment by credit card: Payment by credit card is possible if this payment mode is chosen during online registration. The payment will be part of the registration process. Please have your credit card on hand when registering. If a MasterCard is to be used, then the “MasterCard SecureCode” (3D Secure) will be needed. If a Visa Card is to be used, then the “Verified by Visa” code (3D Secure) will be needed.
The invoice will be sent to the participant via regular mail. This payment mode is obligatory for participants from countries not supporting the BIC/IBAN bank transfer mode.
Payment by BIC/IBAN bank transfer: The participation fees are due for payment without any deductions upon receipt of the invoice. Please only transfer the participation fees once you have received the invoice via e-mail from HSZG.
